  • The tales of Joe Hueso are a Journey into self exploration and expression of true color.

    I tell my stories using Joe as my main character along with my expressive big-eyed portraits, letting the eyes share the messages of hope and raise awareness of mental health.

  • December 2021 Funkydisonante’s studio caught fire and took down all the collection. It burned down the studio to ashes.

    Days After The fire funkydisonante numbed with the pain with a piece of charcoal from the ashes of his studio, started salvaging a canvas and some paint and started painting again his collection.
    Day after day continuing on his journey a full time artist one step at a time.

  • In 2021 Camilo worked on “Tales of Joe Hueso” developing “Bones and Saints” first to extend the body of work, now with a fresh blend between pop culture icons, and his original characters.

    Determined to do art while creating burnout awareness, launched his latest collection Tales Of Joe Hueso, with the Melted Trooper as the main piece and released his first drop in December 2021.

  • Camilo’s first art collection after a 7 year hiatus, this time brought back his signature big-eyed portraits, and later introducing Joe Hueso as his main character into the light.

    In his Process He let the energy take the control of the brush, and at the beat of jazz and rock tunes, Camilo was able to capture hundreds of portraits .
